At Voxofon LLC, (“Voxofon”) we take the privacy and security of our users seriously. We are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us and do not distribute this information to third parties or individuals without your advance permission or as required by law.

Voxofon collects a variety of information about its customers such as name, telephone number, e-mail address, e-mail and phone contacts, usage information or information about activities directly linked to that person. This Privacy Policy describes how Voxofon collects, uses, discloses, and protects that information.

Information You Provide: The information you provide us helps us to improve the quality and utility of our site. The information generally falls into two categories: (1) information you supply when you download and activate the Voxofon application, register a Voxofon account, or sign up for a product or service offered by Voxofon and (2) tracking information gathered as you use the Voxofon application..

What this Privacy Policy Covers: This Privacy Policy covers Voxofon’s treatment of personally identifiable information that Voxofon collects when you are on the website, when you purchase Voxofon’s services and when you use Voxofon’s services. This policy does not describe information collection policies on other sites, including those linked to or from Voxofon. This Privacy Policy does not include or cover the privacy and the confidentiality of communications content when using the services and products of Voxofon and Voxofon does not guarantee or warrant or agree that your communications will remain confidential or private.

Information from Other Sources: We may obtain information about you from outside sources and add it to or combine it with your account information. We also may use commercially available demographic and marketing information from third parties to help us better serve you or inform you about products or services that we think will be of interest to you.

Voxofon’s Use of Personal Information: We use personal information for billing purposes, to provide services or complete transactions you have requested, to anticipate and resolve problems with your services, and tell you about products or services from Voxofon or others that better meet your needs. More specifically, Voxofon may use e-mail, telemarketing, direct mail, and with your prior permission, wireless text messages, to inform you about products or services we think will interest you. In these communications you will have the option to unsubscribe or opt out of receiving these communications.

If you choose not to receive marketing or promotional information from us, you will continue to customer service-related and technical notifications, and other similar information via email, wireless text messages, or direct mail.

Information Disclosed to Third Parties: Information about our customers is one of our most important business assets, and therefore we strive to protect it and keep it confidential.

We disclose personal information to third parties under the following circumstances: (a) to complete a transaction you have requested; (b) to initiate, render, bill, and collect for services; (c) if it is necessary to comply with law (e.g., court orders, subpoenas, E911 information, etc.); (d) to enforce our subscriber agreements; (e) to protect the rights, property or safety of visitors to our site, our customers, other carriers, the public or Voxofon; (f) to facilitate or verify the appropriate calculation of taxes, fees, or other obligations due to a local, state, or federal government; (g) if we reasonably believe that an emergency involving immediate danger of death or serious physical injury to any person requires disclosure of communications, or justifies disclosure of records, to a governmental entity without delay; or (h) when we otherwise have your explicit or implied consent to do so.

Voxofon will not disclose your personal information, except as described in this Privacy Policy. Some services may be offered in conjunction with another company; in such cases, both Voxofon and the other company may receive information collected in conjunction with these co-branded services. We may contract with other companies to provide certain services on our behalf, such as billing, mailings or statistical analysis. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service.

Any and all information may be used to improve the services of Voxofon. Voxofon reserves the right to utilize anonymous information for marketing purposes, including displaying or otherwise using your comments concerning the services and you agree you are not entitled to compensation for such use.

As our business grows, we may buy or sell various assets. If Voxofon or some of its assets are acquired by another company, information about our customers and other visitors to this site would be among the transferred assets.

Banner Ads on Other Sites: Voxofon may use third-party advertising companies to place banner advertisements about our products and services on other Web sites. To measure advertising effectiveness and to offer selective ad content, the advertising companies may use an anonymous identifier to learn more about your visits to Voxofon sites and other Web sites. This anonymous identifier is NOT your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, or any other information that personally identifies you. The use of such anonymous identifiers (such as cookies, Web beacons or “tagging”) is subject to the advertising company’s privacy policy, not this Voxofon Privacy Policy.

Security: The information we collect from our customers and visitors to our site is stored in databases we control. Physical access to the servers on which we store visitor information is restricted. We do not share your credit card information with anyone, except as may be necessary to process your transactions. To protect the privacy of your credit card number and other ordering information, we encrypt this information for transit over the Internet using a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection. However, as effective as modern security practices are, no physical or electronic security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can we guarantee that information you supply won’t be intercepted while being transmitted over the Internet.

Deletion of personal information: Users have a right to erasure and can request any personal data collected to be erased from the Voxofon systems. Users can request deletion of data by sending an email to support@voxofon.com. Upon receiving such a request, the company will delete the data within 30 days and the customer service will provide a confirmation via email that the data has been erased.

Changes to This Privacy Policy: This privacy policy is subject to change from time to time in our discretion. If we need to change our privacy policy at some point in the future, we’ll post the new policy promptly. You agree to review the policy periodically so that you are aware of any modifications. Your continued use indicates your assent to any changes and signifies your agreement to the terms of our privacy policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the Voxofon product, account, application or service.

Jurisdiction: The laws of the State of Texas, excluding its conflicts of law rules, govern this policy and your use of the application or service. You expressly agree that the courts in the State of Texas, Harris County have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute with Voxofon or relating in any way to your use of the application or service. Your use may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
